Club Octane - The Lava Lounge
The Lava Lounge is Monterey's best spot to catch live music. On any given night you can catch some of Monterey's local rock scene or any national touring acts that are passing through the area.
The Lava Lounge is the one room at Club Octane that never has a cover charge or a dress code (excluding special events). A great venue to catch talent in it's intimate size (100 people) asures that every seat in the house is a good one!
With a fully stocked bar and eclectic decorations this bar has some of the best character in the building. |

Several local bands have made the Lava Lounge there home away from home and it's not uncommon to catch the members of local favorites Liquid 8, Cali Nation, In Like Sin, Hate For State, F.S.U., Lavish Green, & others hanging out at the bar having a beer and talking to Paul.
